I don't know if he's worse than any of the other players mentioned, nor do I know if he's to blame for the controversey surrounding him and this past season's All-Star Game, but Rory Fitzpatrick needs to be mentioned in a discussion like this because of his pedestrian statline and the fact that the controversey skewered the entire fan voting process.
Another player worth mentioning is Todd Bertuzzi. The only time he was any good was before he maliciously assaulted Steve Moore in a Canucks-Avalanche game. After that, he became a shell of his former self, although the rule changes and his suspension may have been contributing factors.

Ladislav Nagy. Soft player, shoots when he should pass, passes when he should shoot, injury prone. Even went for a line change once when the other team had a 2 on 1 going the other way that he could have helped to defend against.

Belak is a good one. Donald Brashear is pretty useless as well unless you want someone to take cheap shots and try to fight skill players.

Andre Roy. He has the lowest Time On Ice of anyone who has played most of this season.

Hatcher. He was never fast, but the new rules make a mockery of his play.
