There is nothing abnormal and nothing wrong with a person asking to be tickled and enjoying it. If you go to Yahoo Groups, MySpace groups, and a variety of other groups and search for "tickling" or "ticklish", you will find many people who love to tickle and/or be tickled.
In consensual tickling, there is also an added health benefit... When your boyfriend is laughing, his brain is flooding his body with endorphins which promote healing and fight stress. Therefore, when you are tickling him, he is enjoying the tickling and he is getting health benefits from it.

I've met one or two people like that who have very ticklish spots that can desensitize for a while. As far as things go that people like to do, that seems pretty harmless.
