I think that it is very disrespectful to Ms. Smith that she is not given a proper burial and yet there are two or three men claiming to be the father of Danilynn wanting to find out if he is the father. If finding out the paternity was that pressing, shouldn't they have taken Ms. Smith's blood sample from her corpse first, had funeral and burial services for her then after a reasonable amount of time has passed, proceed with the test?

Heard they want her dna to make sure there isn't a baby switch or something when paternity test is done.

Well, they did an autopsy so I am pretty sure that they have enough dna from that. I don't understand the judge's ruling on that. I agree, let the poor soul rest.
