iPod help!??!?

well my ipod just froze!!yes i tried restarting it and my computer but its still frozed....n e 1 kno wut 2 do?!plz help!

i would suggest if you still have the music saved on your computer then remove the battery from the back and statring at square one good luck

if it less than a year since you bought it you will be able to return it.

Buy a MAC.
