What is the best workout for people aged 13-15 doing boxing?
please leave a list of what to do, thank you

1. get a trainer to show you the proper form to throw a punch and defensive posture.
2. hit the heavy bag to get a pwerful punch (hit the bag with bad intentions)
3. use a double end bag (forget the speed bag..it's over-rated and useless)
4. jump rope for as long as you hit the bag for.
5 spar when you feel ready...this is the bread and butter of fighting
6. have confidence and never give up

Running, jump rope, speed bag, punching bag, etc. What I liked the best though was what Iron Mike did in prison. 1500 sit ups & 1500 push ups every day in sets of 100. It would make you almost invincible!
