I coat the po-boy bread with olive oil and oregano. I toast it in the oven for a bit and then put a layer of provolone cheese. I toast it a little more. I put a layer of salami and pepperoni on there, bake it again a little longer.
I top it with lettuce and tomato, a touch of mayo or maybe a greek vinagrette dressing. It is my favorite sandwich.

MY favorite sandwich is a tuna salad with cheese lettuce and tomato. It has to be high quality tuna and it has to be fresh....my favorite beverage to enjoy with that would be a Coca Cola Classic.

I really love a great grilled cheese sandwich...with large toasted pieces. of bread,..not a ton of mayo.,and with either american cheese , monterey jack , colby cheese, or mild cheddar cheese!..ya know?
and drinks...vary...I love orange soda , or rootbeer, Pepsi, Fresca, Mexican soda's, Sasparilla,Sierra Mist,(they have to be diet...because I am diabetic..)and or any other diet sodas... as well...pretty much.oh,and also the diet vanilla or lime/ or fruit diet Pepsi's or Cokes...etc.Love 'em!!!
or with burrito tortillas, YUMMY!

1 clump of fresh dog shat 2 tablespoons mayo 1 slice tomato 3 thinly sliced pickles a whole onion a slice of potatoe a can of corn some greenbeans a beef pattie some ground up pork with sausage seasoning, peper to taste then in the oven for 3hrs at 450 take out of the oven put whole crushed pureed tomatoes and a can of blackeyed peas a can of pork and beans some white beans lettuce radishes cucumber snow peas back in the oven for 6 more hrs at 475 let stand and cool then a whole jar of mustard a slab of catfish baked a cup of sugar some brown sugar and some karo syrup to taste,,,,add black pepper and salt about a 8 oz package of salt sea salt preferably let sit out for 12 hrs and then back in the oven for 7 more hrs at 525 degrees take out a little more dog shat and wah lah the best damn sammich you done eva tasted i claire!!!!!!

Turkey on entire grain bread.mild mayo or avacado spread on the brad,then some lettuce and tomato slices. Or... poultry breast with swiss cheese melted on toasted entire grain bread/bun. :]
