It's called "Red Bird Just Like This" by Earl Jesse Stevens. It's a story of an ordinary guy who tells the truth down to the bone. Very real. A little gritty for some, but inspirational.

I rarely read biographies, but the best autobiographies / memoirs I've read lately have been Agatha Christie's "Agatha Christie", Sting's "Broken Music", and Kate Fitzpatrick's "Name Dropping".
