So let me get this straight. You are young and a little insecure about your looks. Sweetheart, you look fine. Believe it or not, in a couple years you are going to look back on that picture and not really even remember looking like that because your looks will change over time. You have lovely hair and a cute smile. I look back on myself when I was fifteen and I don't even remember what I looked like. I just remember what I did, who my friends were, school stuff, etc.

I feel bad. I think it is a shame when any young girl could consider themselves ugly. I think she looks really cute. Don't let her feel bad about herself.....if this is about a boy, he's NOT worth it. When her braces are gone, her hair is done up and a little make up, he'll be wishing he had asked her out. Definately not ugly....don't worry. : ) Nice smile and looks like a good person.

What outfit? I'll have to take your word on her sense of style, there, since that looks like something I'd go out to wrestle my dogs in.
Yes, she does look nice. She's got absolutely nothing to complain about, for her figure or face. Nice that she's not covering her eyes with makeup or putting cheesy highlights in her hair. However, it looks like she's plucking her eyebrows a little too much in the center. They're kind of spread out.
