i checked it out in the library i didnt buy it though because im a pharmacy student and we had a person who always ranted and raved about it at the pharmacy i was working at. all i learned is that trudeau is a retarded monkey out to make a quick buck by whining and spewing nonsense crap without having any proof to back it up. and he never really did give any "cures"

It is a good book, for the most part on the suggestions he gives. However, the book is mostly a rant againt the pharma and insurance companies. Where I may agree with most of his claims about the companies, I do not think it belongs in a book that is titled "Natural Cures" since 99% of the book is a rant and the remaining 1% does he offer some insights to helpful "alternative" health tips. I like his enthusiasm, but if he is going to write a rant book, title it appropriately. In today's world, it is easy enough to go to your favorite search engine and look up the info he gives and see the pro's and con's to each tip. As always, never do anything blindly when it comes to your health. Go ask your doctor, chiropractor, physical therapist, nutritionist, etc... And do not take their word as golden 100% all the time too. Trust your instinct and run with that. It is your health and you are allowed to do anything you want (for the most part- obvious situations notwithstanding- causing harm to yourself). Have fun treading the waters of your own health. OWN YOUR OWN POWER!

Boring, boring, boring.

For a really good book read:: you're not sick, you're thirsty. You can read excerpts on the web too.
