I would like to get my sister a special gift, she has always been there when I need help the most. Over the years I have had a couple of times when I was unemployed and she always is able to help me with work (she is an Administrative Director of a large medical practice in our city). I recently was layed off and she right away suggested I come work in a branch of her office, so I did. The problem is she makes very good money and has everything (even a summer house in Florida). I truly appreciate her and would like some suggestions on what to get someone who seems to have everything!!

go to the store, look through cards for caring friend until you read one that is so right on that it makes you cry....buy it, sign it and give it to her while you take her out to lunch...then tell her you are giving it to her because she is the most wonderful person in your life and having her for a sister is a great blessing and thank her for being who she is.
