No, the harrypotter should not die in the last and final book. Because most of the people love harrypotter due to his stories and novels. Harrypotter as a child actor is doing good work and all the stories and pats are interesting. Today also many people are mad for harrypotter. If you take an simple example you can know that people really loves harrypotter and they don't want him to die in last part by j.krowling.Example- when the book of harrypotter is going to be launch in the market all the people makes tha booking for buying that book two monthsbefore only.

yes... coz i read a snippet somewhere saying that harry will be killed in the eighth if not in the seventh.. he has to coz Trelawney once made a real prediction saying that neither can survive while the other lives.. but i dont know how both of them are living presently.... it could be made possible if old voldy and young harry could make it up during one more of the slug club's parties!

If the author makes that choice,it would certainly ensure her promise to end the series in seven books is kept.Having said that, what kind of life-lesson would she be giving to her loyal readership?Life's a witch and then you die? I haven't seen that kind of cynicism in what I've read thus far.I think you may see a more graceful denouement to this saga.Take heart (and remember that it is a fiction.)

yes according to the author becaiuse other authors may continue the story without her legal rights and rowling has enough money to live lavish life.then why she will care about the living or dead harry potter.she just want to end the series and we like dumpheads , just worry about something which is not at all present.in real life(just a story).......

In a way, I hope he does because I would hate to see someone other than Rowling pick up his character and try to do something/anything else with him in the future. Rowling has said it was over after the 7th book and that would be one way to ensure his character doesn't get picked up by someone else.

No! But I have heard there will be an epilogue; one that Rowling's had written for years, that sums up the main characters' future lives. Maybe she describes Harry's death there.
