How cute! My baby does the exact same thing. She started doing it at about 3 months. (she will be 4 months on the 15th) and she just goes crazy when you copy her. She absolutely LOVES IT!!!!!!! Normal. Totally normal. Your other bub may copy her eventually after he notices how much fun she has doing it. Don't worry sweetie, enjoy her.

Those are totally normal baby nioses. She's happy! :) Enjoy it!

**Edit** Didn't read the part about the milk in the mouth. Yes, you want to make sure she doesn't have anything in her mouth when she does this. As for the gurgling itself, that's still normal.

if it is constant, call your pediatrician right away! it could be a sign of respiratoy distress. I know first hand what you are talking about, dont brush this one off!! definately sit her up after a bottle, to avoid choking, gurgling can also be a sign of acid reflux.
