Currently my pc has a 2.4 GHz P 4 CPU, 1 GB RAM, 80 GB main drive, and a 250GB drive. 128 MB video card.
(It's not a brand model, I built it myself). It's a bit behind the times... will probably build its replacement by the end of the year to get a PCI E slot and the hardware to deal with Vista's monster requirements.
Hmm... 10 years ago... 1997... I had one that was I think a Celeron 1 GHz.

I have a sony Vaio lap top(its 3 years old) and a dell desk top that I just bougt. ten years ago I did not have a computer. But my parents have a emachines they used to have a crappy Gateway.

My first computer was a Packard Bell, and I loved it. My mother-n-law uses it now. I bought it in 1993.
I bought my 2nd and present one in 2002, it is a Compaq Presario. I like it but not as well as the Packard Bell.
Been shopping for computer #3.

Now, i have a Dell Inspiron somthing-or-other, and 10 years ago...i had an old gray Sony VAIO that can barley run DOOM 2 lol
