How come women can join a men's league, but a man can not join a women's league?

I think men can join women's leagues. If it is a sport such as football, there is usually only a mens team, therefor if a women wants to play she must play with the men.
Honestly, it would be unfair if a man played with all women because he is totally bigger and stronger then many women. He would just over power all together.

not true....i know of a man that joined a women's league....a lot of his guy friends gave him s#!$, but I guess that is to be expected in our society. I just think the majority of men in our society just don't have enough balls or are to afraid of what other men will think of them if they join a female league.

Mainly because pretty much all of the sports played by women are available for men, but some sports played by men are not available for women.

probably if a man tried to join a womens league they could if they fight it hard enough.

good question! if it helps any...at "Curves for women" it is only supposed to be women, but there is one man there b/c they say they could get sued for discrimination...i think it is weird though
