how do you get 1 of them little pics ya'll have out beside there?

They're called avatars. You can get one by signing up for Yahoo instant messenger, & clicking on set up your avatar. You will go through several steps to design your own. Once you're done though you can save it by clicking on save changes. Hope this helps! :)

Just click on the shadow profile ( the box next to your stuff ) It will take you to the Avatar home page ( thats what it is called...an Avatar )....forgot to mention that you click on the shadow profile from your mailbox...not on this page.
