If you're in high school or lower, you probably underline it, no quotes (that;'s what I had to do). The correct, formal way is to italicize (no quotes) according to most style manuals (MLA, APA, etc.)

Underline the titles of books. Place short stories and articles in quotes.

Italicize or underline. Here's a way I learned to remember...you underline books because when you open them, the bottom makes a line; you put an article or short story in quotes because it is part of a collection and is in a larger work, like the title is in quotes.

Underline it. You place quotes around a short story.

1. Introduction A. Attention grabber B. Thesis Statement(what you're trying to prove--i.e. was it a good book and why) 2. Main Point 1--why was this or wasn't this a good book A. Statement of point B. Supporting details with page references from book. 3. Conclusion A. Restatement of thesis a. Not to be a direct repetition of thesis statement. Say what the thesis means, not the exact words used before. Note! In most of my AP english classes, we were required to have 3 main points. I only put one because you follow the same format for each. Have fun!
