People that do that other people make me sick. They have to make themselves feel better by putting others down. They have even lower self-esteem.

Of course it's normal to talk about people or make judgements. But I did mean when you bully or torment people. That you go out of your way to make others feel bad.

Most people are guilty of bashing another human being. It happens. To purposely torment someone day in and day out needs some form of help. When I talk about someone behind their back, I immediately feel guilty because I don't want to see that when I look back on my life. I try hard not to say anything about someone that I wouldn't say to their face. (I am a pretty blunt person too.) Then again, I try not to say anything that could end up really crushing someone. I know what it feels like to be constantly on the receiving end of the sh** stick. I don't like that feeling and I don't know anyone else who does.

i call it "energys" for lack of better explanation. people steal other peoples energy to feel better, some poeple intimadat to steel energy some people interrogate. an when they do thats why the other people is left feeling drained, because they took there energy away for themselves. a balenced person should be able to self sustain there own energy an not have to push other people around for theres

It makes me feel like cr*p to put people down. I try not to, though sometimes I might say something out of character when I'm defending myself against someone doing it to me.
