If you plant another crop in two more weeks, after the first planting, then you would have more radishes ready to pick two weeks after you picked the first crop. So you would have radishes continually growing.

It means that after the first planting gets ready to pick you will have picked them all in about two weeks and have none left.. so if you want a continuous crop you need to plant some every two weeks.
