Take her to court and fight it. That is a huge distance away and it will make it hard for you and your son to stay close, if you are close now.

WOW... That's quite a distance. How close are you and your son and will you be able to have a good relationship with him with that distance? If you think this is too far, talk to your lawyer because some states have a limit on how far away you can move when childrens are involved. Good luck

get a lawyer jack as far as i know she has to have your permission to take him out of the state as long as you still have parental rights and court alotted visitation and parenting time. look around there are lawyers who specialize in fathers rights i dont know of any myself sorry maybe someone can help there or send out another ?. sorry about the situation dont give up man your kid needs ya im a single father of 2 i feel for ya

About the only thing you CAN do is to speak to the Courts and try to get a restraining order.
