I don't know if it is in a book, but my favorite poem ever is "The Ballad of Reading Gaol" by Oscar Wilde. It is like 20 pages long, but it is a great poem.

Anything written by Robert Frost.
North from Boston is really good.
Edgar Allan Poe is also a good choice, if you do not mind more satire readings.

This is her final collection of poems, written right before her death.
They are so hauntingly beautiful. I think everyone should read them.
