168 lbs. at 19? That's on the large size, sorry to say. Sounds like a size 16+?

Try cutting out the carbs. Eat less bread and pasta, switch to diet soda and cut out candy. When you have a snack, eat veggies or a piece of fruit. Also, drink about 8 glasses a water a day. And, drink one before every meal. You will feel somewhat full before the meal and be inclined to eat less. All it takes is common sense and will power.

Every women is beautiful inside and out. If you have the willpower to slim down, you will feel better overall and become even more beautiful on the outside. It will also increase your self esteem.

I lost 60 lbs. using this method and didn't waste money on any of the diet fads. Cut out the carbs and junk food and you will start dropping clothing sizes. Once you drop the sizes, get rid of the "heavy" clothes on eBay. Take the money and buy some new stuff. Just the thought of having to buy "new clothes" when the small ones become to small is motivation enough.

All it takes is willpower.
