I think that the gifts that you have are enough, really! If you are looking for something nice, either make reservations at her favorite restaruant, or prepare her a nice meal at home, then maybe go out for a walk in the park, etc.

You could have a nice private dinner together with candles and she'll know its special since you took the time to make it. Find out what she likes, is she into pasta? Mexican food? Look up recipies online, have a nice dinner and then go for a private walk together or something similar. (I live in San Antonio, and the riverwalk is a great romantic place to walk.)

If you still REALLY want to get her something, I think that a mixed cd of songs that you know she'll like is good. Maybe put songs on it that remind you of her or a song you first danced to with her. Make every song special and put a little message in the cd case about why the song makes you think of her.

I think you can't go wrong with personal gifts like a mixed cd or, say, if she likes to write you can get her a journal, put a poem in it that you think she'll like (From her favorite poet, or something else). Sometimes, the best gifts are getting things that are personal, not superficial.

the best gifts aren't things, so in addition to the flowers and chocolates (forget the teddy bear, she's 16, not 6) take her out to a movie or to dinner. Spending time with you will mean more than the "stuff".

Do something personal. Something that has more sentimental value than dollar value. You need to show her that you care. I cant really tell you anything personal you will need to figure that out yourself.

But if you can't think of anything special then try getting her some thing with her birthstone. Like a bracelet or a necklace or a ring.

Just relax, It is the thought that counts. And if you mean as much to her as she does to you then you will be fine. Just enjoy your time with her. (They say that the teen years are the best years of your life.) Just let her know how much she means to you and all will be fine.

Good Luck!

I hope I have helped.

A necklace with a heart-shaped pendant, or a bracelet with heart charm.
