I was driving today and suddenly started sweating and feeling like I was going to vomit. THose symptoms suddenly progressed to me almost passing out (ears ringing, shaking, vision darkening) I traded places with my husband so that he could drive. The episode lasted about 10 minutes or so. I've never experienced anything like it. About an hour later the exact same thing happened again. this time it only last for about 5 minutes. Other than feeling a little weak and shakey a few min afterwards I have felt fine all day...just a little tired. I am TTC and if not preggo will start on Feb. 14th. I keep getting shooting pains in my breasts (the same pains that you get when it's time to breast feed) and feeling kinda crampy in my pelvic region. So I'm kinda figuring Im preggo...but almost passing out? Has anyone else done this? I can think of no other explanation. I'm not on any meds. I want to know if any of you have almost fainted from pregnancy? This early? Anyother explanations?

I have that during pregnancy; they call this Pregnancy Induced Hypo-glycemia. I do not have this problem when I am not pregnant. It is caused from a sudden drop in your blood sugar. If you have never had this before, you very well could be pregnant. Make sure you eat at least every 4 hours and stay away from simple carbs like white flour and high amounts of sugar. I hope you are pregnant hun!! Crossing my fingers 4 u!

Wow! I had the same almost fainting spells when I was pregnant all 3 times, never passed out though. But now I'm in the same situation as you, I had a few fainting spells a week or 2 ago but not sure if im pregnant too. You probably are preggo. Good luck! You should read my blog and let me know what you think.

I have had somthing similar when i first got pregnant but it would mostly come when I would get up to fast or somthing, but maybe it is your blood pressure or somthing.

Could it be a migraine? To be safe I'd call your doctor immediately.
