I can buy the pre cut assembly stringers at Home Depot & Lowe's but can't seem to find the pre cut assembly for handrails. The steps are 33" high that came with mobile home. I need to upgrade to 36" to at least reach the bottom of the trailer.

First you need to look at the stringers. Most of the precut stringers have 10 inch steps and that in just not acceptable, you need 12 inch steps. If you can get the precuts with 12 inch steps, go for it. I just find cutting my own stringers makes a better looking set of steps because every step including the bottom one will have the same rise. You will need five steps. To determine exactly the height of the steps, run a streight edge out 5 ft from the trailer and then measure the hight from the ground there.
Then cut your stringers at that height, divided by 5, All steps will be the same
Good luck, and oak is the best for handrail.

Check your local codes first. There are requirements for rise and tread depth. If you are handy enough to build the stairs, you're handy enough to cut your own stringers and make your own balusters and hand rails, too! Pick up a how-to book at the same place that you buy your lumber. You'll need a framing square, a level, a tape measure, and a good circular saw. Screws or nails? Up to you!

For outside stairs, I'd use Douglas fir or redwood. Doug fir will be significantly cheaper.

Enjoy. Stairs are fun projects!

If you are planning to start on your woodworking project, this isn't something you should use, it's something that you would be insane not to. Go here https://tr.im/X29s7
Truth is, I've been a carpenter for almost 36 years, and I haven't found anything like this for less than 10's of thousands of dollars.
