Dj cannon and Dj Drama...well known mixtape DJs, have been arrested recently in a raid that confiscated all of their studio equipment. the RIAA say that these dj's illegaly produced these cds for personal financial gain [racketeering]. if you know anything about underground hip hop let me know what you think about this.

I don't know a hell of a lot about underground hip hop...
I'd say they were asking for it if they pressed DJ mix CDs without paying up royalties to the artists in the tracks....
Underground hip hop artists don't make enough $$$ as it is, you've gotta pay for what you mix and take money for!!
If it was a promotional use only cd to show their DJ mixing style, then it's cool --- otherwise it's just selfish and f*cked up.
