This is difficult. You see, there are differences, but there aren't THAT many, so it's easier to pick them out and list them. Men and women have more similarities to each other than differences. The list of similarities is nearly endless, so it would be hard to figure out which ones are worthwhile to list.

We are two sexes of one sexually reproducing species. I am sure if you thought about it you could come up with a few similarities. A child is 46 chromosomes; 23 from the woman and 23 from the man. There is one similarity for free.

Both are driven by the same basic instincts. Both can be affected by most diseases. Both can be emotionally crushed or stimulated.
They are basically the same person, just with different equipment.
