At one time or another, I have been both. I like to think that I am, more often than not, wise. Although, one time at work someone said, "...tubesteak..." and when everyone else laughed I had to ask what tubesteak was. I was picturing rolled up chopped steak or something - so at that point, I was most definitely "otherwise".
