Wal Mart has a special contract with these companies and sells them for half the price marked on the package and in the pattern book. You may also ad match the prices in Wal Mart when other sewing stores, Joann's, Hobby Lobby, etc., put them on sale for 99 cents.

Places like Joann's and Hancocks will have Vogue, Butterick, Kwik Sew and Burda.

They have Simplicity, McCalls, and I believe they have Vogue patterns as well.
