IIRC, didn’t he depend on some sort of device for his powers…? And he was supposed to be really gentlemanly, at least the times he was shown opposing Hawkman and Hawkgirl. (She was still a ‘girl’ back then, but when she got older she probably wished they would stop calling her ‘woman’ and call her ‘girl’ once more)
I don’t thin he would be willing to compete to harm her. On the other hand, he probably has more experience using his powers. If she can catch him when he’s solid, and short out his gadget, I give Kitty the win. Otherwise, no. Not unless Lockheed shows up to help her!

No clue who GG is, but I'd always bet on Shadowcat (my fav X-Man ever) with her phasing ability, plus her ninja skills.
