Is buying the total gym worth it or will i just be waisting my money? does it actually give you results or is it just another pointless bowflex knockoff? thanks.

My daughter sent it back.
Cost $100.00 to ship it back...so, keep that in mind.
And you're not reimbursed for it.
Also.......very heavy.

I have the total gym 2000 and i love it. i think it works, well my shoulders feel the burn! anyways i also just got the ab lounger and really love it! I think anything will work if ur commited enough and use it on a schedule and eat right~

total gym is bad if you are trying to build muscle because you are only working against your body weight but if you just want to tone muscle it is a pretty good home gym.

forget them...free weights are the best bet...save up and buy the real thing.
