For FIREFOX:
Right Click on the empty space on your toolbar
Click 'Customize'. It will open a customize window.
Drag the buttons you want and drop it on the toolbar.

Hi there.
umm, what do you mean lost? is that the only thing you lost or is it the whole bar? if it is the whole bar, do this:
right click on the empty space beside the "Help" menu option, and if "Navigational Toolbar" is unchecked, click on the option, and it should reappear.
If it wasn't you can try doing the right-click method again, and choose "Customized...", click on the button called "Restore Default Set" and you should get them back.

u should be able to right click on the panel where the buttons are and select customize then choose the ones u want

you could try reinstalling the theme by going to the theme selector and click the current one you have and apply it...if you cant do that then switch to a different theme then back to the old one unless you want a new theme.
