Ever since Zelda came out back in 1988 or so, which Zelda game (and game system) is your favorite? Also, if you can, try to explain why you like that Zelda game the most.

mainly Zelda: twilight princess right now since all good special effects and the new environment considering the other zelda games that were on the game cube and n64.

My favorite is The Ocarina of Time for Nintendo 64 or Gamecube. I like the 3D Zelda games better than the old 2D ones. Also the story and characters are original. In Majora's Mask the characters are all the same, but with different names. In The Windwaker I don't like the graphics that well, and a lot of the game is just sailing and kind of boring. It is also too short. The Ocarina of Time was the first Zelda game I played so I might be a little biased. I don't have The Twilight Princess, but I have played a few minutes of it and I'm guessing that it is probably the best one now.

It's a toss up between Ocarina of Time for the N64 and Twilight Princess for the Wii. I have always loved the amazing depth and scope of the Zelda franchise. As well as the innovative and most satisfying control scheme. As far as the systems, The N64 was a personal addiction back in the day, and the Wii is the most fun I've had with a video game system in a long time. It is the breath of fresh air the video game industry is long over due for.

zelda a link to the past was the best. for the snes. i have beaten that game like 10 times. it never gets old
