I don't know much about him, except that he wants us to lose in Iraq. It is impossible to overstate how bad an idea that is.

Right now, he's the golden boy of the Democrats. He represents the chance to represent all the supposed wrongs inflicted by the Bush presidency.
(Now, time to really infuriate people.)
He may seem squeaky clean now, but sic Karl Rove on him for a few months and that will probably change rapidly. Remember that the campaigns haven't started yet at all. Few candidates can survive months of political mudslinging and stay squeaky clean. I mention Rove because he's one of the best at it; he turned Kerry from a mediocre but passable candidate into a walking disaster of a candidate.

Some say he is not running to win the Presidency but to set up Hillary as President with him as VP. The thought being that he will draw in the votes that Hillary could never on her own. You watch they will be trying to sell Obama as the "control" for Hillary's erratic and flip-flop nature and "together" they will save the country and the world. More interesting however is that "both" are stating Bush should be out of Iraq before the elections. Could it be that if they were to win that they are afraid they wouldn't be able to fight the battle needed to safeguard this country?

He had greater effective enhance up or he is going to get stomped. they have not any admire for human beings that are susceptible in different factors of the international & the U. S. would not want a susceptible president at the instant. He needs to understand what should be accomplished and do it, and that i do no longer think of Obama is usual with of what to do. The AIG bailout failed, and the super 3 motor vehicle workers are happening, + the international powers are threatening the U. S. and we've a Commander in chief that would not understand a thank you to make hard judgements. If we back up, N Korea & Iran will take one step forward and we are able to finally end up backing up greater. they gained't hesitate to attack us. the U. S. needs to backpedal N Korea in spades. lead them to coach that that's a satellite tv for pc launch till now they launch, and then supply or deny them permission. Obama won't act and N Korea will do something greater drastic next time.

He's not "squeakie clean", just unknown to the general populace. He is a smoker trying to quit. He admitted to trying "pot" in high school. These things he talks about in his book THE AUDACITY OF HOPE. You should go buy it and read it. You can discover a window into the man by reading his words. YES HE DID WRITE HIS OWN BOOK.

Hitler was a war hero, vegetarian, and made some marvelous promises. Churchill was a hard-drinking, profane, fat guy with a terrible history of awful behavior.
FDR was a scoundrel no matter how you slice it, while Nixon was quite the Boy Scout.
I don't know that I like your question. It has a bad history.

He's admitted to coke use... his church openly advertises it is for blacks only... he has ties to a mobster in Chicago... all of which isn't getting much press play because they're afraid of being politically incorrect. If he was white, he would have as much support as Kuscinich, and rightfully so, he doesn't bring much to the the table as a candidate.

Um, considering he's the only candidate who has ever admitted to using cocaine (unlike our president who used cocaine, and then just lied about his drug-use constantly), the answer to your question would have to be a resounding no.

What exactly do you want? Another President with a history of drug abuse and an arrest record for DUI like the one we have now?

he's written a book, read it. all the skeleton's are in there. and let's just say for argument sake that he hadn't smoked cocaine or done anything bad, what would be wrong with that. wouldn't it be refreshing for a change to have someone in charge that you could actually trust? i think so.
