Not always. Most guys who wear earrings on both ears think of it as a somewhat fashion trend. They find it cool.

I don't think he's bisexual if he wears one in both ears. I know some guys like that and they are totally not bisexual. If he wears 3 in one ear and one in his right, i'm not sure but i know some girls dont find that very attractive.

what answer are you looking for? I agree with elaine and all other similar answers. THese are fine answers yet they all have a thumbs down. Face it there is no mystical secret or hidden code or meaning in the wearing of earrings

Any in the left is straight- for a girl. The right, any on a girl, is supposedly gay/lesbian. For a guy, one on the left or one on each, is straight. If a guy has three piercings on the left the third takes out the gay part; still, three is odd, but that doesn't fully suggest he's gay. I'd have to know the guy in question.

No. I know a guy who happens to wear an earring in both ears. He is in show biz - its just something he likes to do. Women wear pants now - does that make them gay? No. Things change.

When I was in elementary school (early 80's) it started being popular to wear one stud, in a specific ear. People who wore two were gay, but people who wore one were cool, unless it was in the wrong ear, and then it was gay again. It was all pretty retarded.
Now people are getting multiple piercings all over their body. I think it means they lack self-confidence. But maybe they are just cool. (Being "cool" is the same as lacking self-confidence.)

there may have been rules about that once ,but not any more ,and if there are ,nobody can agree on them ,these days anybody wears any kind of ear rings on any side and it means nothing in particular
if to wear an ankle bracelett it used to mean that you were symbolicly somebodies slave
if you wear a ring through the nose ,you are a bull or a rich canibal

It's just fashion. After all, there are heterosexuals who cross-dress and are drag queens. It's not like people can't wear whatever their want and not be heterosexual or whatever. Labeling people based on stereotypes will only lead to poor understanding of people.
