Grab a glass of water. Start taking tiny, tiny sips without stopping to breath. Keep sipping until you think you are going to pass out.
This is the only remedy that has ever stopped my hiccups.

Eat some sugar
Force the hiccups to come out
concentrate on the hiccups
hold your breath, and count to 100 by 5s

Make FIREWATER fill a small cup with water, light a match and put it out in the water, then drink the water, minus the match of coarse. Works every time, plus its fun to bet other people because no one has heard of it or believes it.
