I had asked if anyone knew the southern creole (or cajun) CHEF who wore suspenders (kinda big belly) Talked with a real strong CAJUN SOUTHERN accent. HEARTOFGLASS answered he was a ''PAUL'' something,,Can anyone remember his full name???

Its Justin Wilson. Not Paul Prudhomme. Paul Prudhomme is a chubby, Jewish looking man who rides around on his electric wheelchair in the French Quarter.. Paul doesn't have an accent.
