You could totally be ovulating. As far as getting back to normal and ttc again, I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks, did not require a d & c. My doctor told me to wait 3 cycles. A friend of mine who just had a miscarriage at 10 weeks, and had a d & c, was told to wait 1 cycle. Not sure of your circumstances. Your doctor should tell you how long you should wait. Some women never even have a complete cycle before becoming pregnant again. My first cycle after miscarrying was completely normal and on time as if the miscarriage itself was my period.

Hope this helps. Good luck and so sorry for your loss.

I also had a miscarriage 3 weeks ago and was told to wait one cycle. I also have the symptoms of ovulation and according to the ovulation calendar I should be ovulating now. So I would think that you should get your period in a couple weeks and if your Dr. said to wait 1 cycle it should be safe to try after that, But make sure it is OK. Some Dr.s have different opinions my Dr told me one cycle, my friend's Dr. told her as soon as she was ready, and the above post was told 3 cycles, so be sure with your Dr. first.
Oh BTW, I did NOT need a D&C (I don't know if that matters)

I got pregnant the first day the bleeding wasn't present after a miscarriage. but I'm pretty sure doctors reccommend waiting until you've had your next period before trying again. Good luck!!!
