OK, here is what I need to know. What kind of ram will work with this? I put 3 random chips I had laying around into it so it would start, all were 256mb. Theres a high kind of noise coming from the Ram, I know its the ram because a friend had a similar problem, plus it only happens after I put the ram in, it worked fine before. I know that certain motherboards only work with certain ram on certain frequencies. The motherboard is 168 pin, these are 168 pin ram. I know about that, I just don't know how to match frequencies. I also can't find the ram frequencies, I ran CPU-z it just states them as 256, thats it. Heres my motherboard stats.

Asus CUV4X-E,

Pentium III 850 mhz socket 370,

BIOS Award Software Inc Asus CUV4X-E ACPI BIOS Revision 1001.

So, what do I do, how do I find the Ram's frequencies, and whats the mother boards stats and frequencies?
