Why aren't the big downloading sites like limwire/edonkey/kazaa shut down??

File sharing software is not illegal, but sharing copyrighted music etc. is. Think of it this way: Owning a car is not illegal, but running over stupid people like you is...go figure.

they are current;ly in the process of being sued, meaning that they will be closed down very very soon. oh yeah, and kazaa now costs money cuz it got sued, so you have to sign up and pay fees and stuff

I am just guessing but because maybe they arent made just to put on iPods they are made to download on your computer and listen to them on your computer

I knew i shouldn't download limewire and i'm gald i didn't thank God and because may be they have the right or something

oh they will. For all of the adware and trojans associated with those programs, they had it coming.
