I know so many to choose from it might be hard to pick just one, so you can list a couple =-)

By the way mine is either when Demi Moore goes off on Tom Cruise by the baseball field or Tom Cruise when he is drunk and says something like...." so that you for playing should we should we not follow the advice of the galactically STUPID!"

Whats your favorite?

It's way to hard to pick just one!

Capt. West: Commander Galloway, why don't you get yourself a cup of coffee.
Galloway: Thank you, sir, I'm fine
Capt. West: Commander, I'd like you to leave the room so we can talk about you behind your back
Galloway: Certainly, sir.

Capt. Weinberg: Why do you like them so much?
Galloway: Because they stand upon a wall and say, "Nothing's going to hurt you tonight, not on my watch."

Co. Jessup: I'd appreciate it if he would address me as "Colonel" or "Sir"... I believe I've earned it.
Judge Randolph: Counsel will refer to the witness as "Colonel" or "Sir."
Col. Jessep: I don't know what the hell kind of unit you're running here.
Judge Randolph: And you will refer to this court as "Your Honor" or "Judge"... and I'm quite certain I've earned it. Take your seat, Colonel.

Kaffee: Oh, now I see what you're saying. It had to be Professor Plum in the Library with the candlestick.

And that's just for starters!

I did not even see this movie, but I love the line where Jack Nicholson's character is on the stand being questioned by a lawyer (Tom Cruise) who demands he answer the question truthfully to which Nicholson yells (in his prim and proper military uniform) "YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!!"
I like the line because I think his answer is so indicative of modern urban Americans: They don''t want the truth, they can't handle it.
It's like they are little kids who don't want to grow up.

i saw that film before many months and i liked very much and i'm not sure of exact lines but i like the following scene and the lines very much..

Tom cruise will go and meet that two persons in custody and, he tel him to accept the crime and wil get the low punishment, but then the ***** wil tel to tom cruise that lines [my favourite lines]

"Sir, wat wrong did i do? i just followed my orders, is that a fault?" and few more lines like that...

That acting and the point of his view is fantastic and that one scene is alone enough to make that film a success one.

Sam Weinberg: "I strenuously object?" Is that how it's done? Hm? "Objection, your Honor!" "Overruled" "No, no. I STRENUOUSLY object." "Oh! You strenuously object. Then I'll take some time and reconsider."

Kaffee: Wow... I'm sexually aroused, Commander

Col. Nathan R. Jessup: What are we going to discuss next? My favorite color?!

Col. Nathan R. Jessup: You don't want the truth because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties you WANT me on that wall, you NEED me on that wall........

I would tell you, but 'YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!" I think Jack Nicholson is so close to being out of control most days, he does the part justice.
