ive got a dell xps 400 everytime i use my webcam it gives a blue screen with cuation why is this?

i need to fix this.. ive used the cam on this computer before with no problem

its has its own disk and runs by usb port

Driver problem most likely, check your web cams manufacturer's site for a fix.

sounds like a driver issue? is it usb? have its own power adapter? more info please
