No the customer is not always right, but the sales person is obliged to treat the customer with respect and politeness at all times with the view that the customer is, after all it is the customer who pays the money that pays your wage and the customer is also your best form of advertising.
Having said that there are some out there who seem to just like making someones day miserable, make false complaints and false claims for refund all part and parcel of the service industry.
Always greet your customer with a smile and can do attitude, even when on the phone.

Although there's a saying of '' Customer is always right '' but sometimes there's unreasonable customer ... Not always customer is right ..

definetly not. after working in customer service for a very long time, i have seen many customers who argue just so they can pull a fast one on people.

used to be that way, but not anymore. Now it's "the customer takes the abuse".

Not all the time! Some are just out to cheat you. It gives a bad name to the innocent shoppers.
