Take out some paper and pencils and draw something! Draw your sister, now that's a challenge. Make peanut butter/jelly sandwiches, and eat eat eat! Look at all your books, and if there's one you've never read, go for it! Do you have any pets? I'm sure they'd love your company just now! Have an ink party (take out all your pens and draw on each other). Write a story - invent nice characters and just write away! How about drawing a map of England? that's fun! Play monopoly, or cards, or payday, or checkers. Read an Agatha Christie book, that will keep you occupied! Get a nice jigsaw puzzle out and put it together - or play hangman or crossword or word seek. How about a video game like Final Fantasy? Or an online game like Bookworm! Draw and write greeting cards for your friends and family. Read the bible! Hey, there's never enough hours in the day for me to do all I want to do!

I'm 13, so i can help! It depends on if you and your sister are girly or not, but considering your question, I take it you are.
I like going on the computer and looking for dress-up-games or things like that. i was just on www.disneychannel.com and my friend was telling me to go to www.disneyfairies.com. It's great! you can create your own account, make your own fairy, and play fun games and take quizzes!
but, I also like to go to the mall with my sis, too. we don't always buy things, but we like to look at the "expensive" stores and try things on. It's really fun! we just walk around, get some ice-cream maybe, dinner/lunch, whatever you feel like.
We sometimes take a spa day...at home! i bought "KLUTZ The Body Book". it has amazing recipes for natural body care. it comes with a headband, nail buffer, and a ton of other things. I absolutely love it!!

i know this may seem lame and old fogey, but why not try a board game like checkers, or chess? me and my kin were
military brats and had to come up with way's to keep ourselves entertained. so we read books, or played board games. be creative, draw, paint, you are your sibling might be the next
great artist, or try to design something that will help mankind.
create a clothing line etc. you really have no limitations, have fun with your ideas!! best of luck to ya.

discover activities around the domicile/community.... Picnics, makeovers, walks, motorcycle driving, help her have a lemonade sale, rollerskating, taking area in with associates, etc..... use your mind's eye. some thing is plausible.
