Obama has the con of being very inexperience as a politician. However, he does have the incredibly nice advantage of being very charismatic. That is a trait that Kennedy and Reagan had, and both of those presidents were well liked for it. Being president is not just about having good ideas, but being able to sawy an entire country over to them. Obama has the potential to do that with relative ease, so I think he wold be an interesting candidate to vote for either this election or the next.

Between the two I would choose Obama, just because he's a respectable individual, unlike Clinton, who is clearly the not the right individual to be leading out nation.
However, I feel Senator John McCain is the best candidate. He tends to be a moderate (slightly conservative) and would decrease the gap between the left and right. Best candidate for president by far.

Both are good candidates. I like Obama and I like Mrs. Clinton. Both are very intelligent individuals.

He has a lot of charisma....and he didn't vote for the war, which will help him as he makes his pitch to the American public. From what I understand, the Democrats are divided as to who they should give their support to. (Personally, I still think the Presidency is a Governor's game and that senators will lose again.) Obama needs to convince people he has the experience. One way of doing this is attaching his name to a major piece of legislation. (You can be sure it will be on a social issue that few will oppose.) Hillary's camp will do their best to prevent this.

I don't know if I want Barak Hussein Obama to be my President. I guess Mrs. Rodham Clinton would be better.

NEITHER ....
One thing is for certain, if Hillary EVER did become President, Mexico would have the illegal immigration problem - not us !!
Although I don't like Obama either, I feel sorry for him ... as it seems that anyone who opposes or is in a position to testify against the Clintons mysteriously ends up dead.

i'd rather have obama.
but the smartest thing to do would be to team obama up as a vp with a likely candidate - have him serve for eight years as vp and then run him as president and have him serve for eight years as president...
