OK THIS IS THE DEFINITIVE ANSWER!!! Basically, if the size is above a certain size (i.e. six-inches-ish) then it's A OK. Some girls may like a little bigger, but the vast majority would never turn their nose up a good normal dick. Too big and you can't get your mouth around it and if you're into non-vaginal sex it'll hurt a lot (sorry if that's too much information, lol). For the other varieties, such as very small or very thin, well, it's not ideal but plenty of guys do fantastic with whatever they've got. In fact two of the most succesful ladies' men I've known were definitely on the small side. Sex is about SO MUCH MORE than penis size, and very few girls will leave a guy she really likes on the basis of a smaller penis.
N.B. There is, of course, such a thing as unworkable, and less than 3 inches is it. You asking cos you're curious or because you're concerned with your size?

Frankly, my guy is packing some very small equipment. It honestly has no effect on the quality as far as I'm concerned, I couldn't be more satisfied. He makes up for any lack in size in numerous other ways (and positions). It's just like when men who aren't exactly considered "attractive" by most can somehow become attractive personality-wise. Their charm becomes a sort of sexiness filter. And vice versa.
