Men do all of these things. You will never see us do it, unless perhaps, you're a sister of one of us...maybe. We get more messed up about it than you can imagine, if we're really serious, and the pain can last for years and years, despite any other good relationships we find ourselves in. Obversely, if we find ourselves in a relationship that is not working out, ie, not containing any of the things we thought it might, or would, we have the ability to just walk away from it, possibly with regret but more with relief that things didn't get more complicated. Those kinds of partings we do not post-mortem. Not worth the bother.
The usual combination of dammed-up sentimentality, practicality, romanticism, idealism and mule-headedness every male comes equipped with.

Many men do this and just keep it inside. Then they snap. It is healthy that women want to talk to someone about it. Men need to start getting it right so they will live as long as women.Men need to be teachable and many are not.
(Sorry I could not come up with anything for your trivia questions - I always liked Milburn Stone & wish he was my Doctor).

Well alot of men/guys/boys out there can be inconsiderate but it's because they're afraid of what they're guy friends would say. I can truly say I'm quite sensitive. and my girlfriend loves me for that. I tell her when I'm sad, or when I feel like crying and she's always there for me.
Not all men are like that, alot are though.

But I believe it might be a certain level of our "primal instincts," that allow us to be less emotional. We look for mates, impregnate them, and move on. Of course this isn't way the world today works - but it may have at one time.

Guys will, but they just won't show it, then they realize that you can't change the past and move on, no sense crying over spilt milk, just clean it up and get another glass.

they are wired differently. or maybe they do those things, but just arent as vocal about it as us women are, and they since they cant express those emotions they are actually left feeling way worse than us because our friends understand and listen to our obsessions.
nah, they cant be that complicated

actually if they care about the person, they do...they just have more control over their emotions and if you don't know the man well, you would never know the turmoil going on inside of him.
