Truck has 160K, was wondering if I need to replace or repack>?

Replace when worn out, repack once a year.

Well do the ole jiggle test and see if the tires feel like the bearing is loose. With that many miles, I would see no harm in replacing them for regular maintenance. Then you are good for another 6 years. If short on the green, it does not take that much to repack them.

put your car in nuetral why your going about 25 mph the shut it off listen for grinding or see if it slows down fast if so replace.

when you start hearing a grinding noise, but repack them if your not sure

When ever you replace the brake pads should be more than enough.
