Yes, down around Antarctica. No air or space dust, but it does let in UV radiation in deadly amounts. :-(

yes, more ultraviolet sunlight, which contains radiation, is coming thru a thinner ozone layer than when I was a child.
I sunburn like an albino now as an adult if I'm not careful.

I thnk dust is coming in, which explains why things are so dusty around certain parts of my house.
