OK ur options are-- a black halter, sparkly but not blinding, pink strappless, extreemly sparkly but cant dance in it, Black strappy, ruffley on the top.......
if not any of these, any recomondations for a differnet type,color etc...

Omg I remember by 8th grade grad!! Well, I bought my dress from Macy's and it was REALLY cute and only like 30 bucks but it looked way more. And I still fit it and it still looks awesome. Or try Nordstrom maybe. -also, a lot of girls buy dresses online and if they don't fit they just return them. But this only works if you have enough time. Have fun!

Wear the one you can dance in. "Semi-formal" suggests something black with sparklies. Accessorize with pink.

the first one, always go with blakc for a fromal drees, and youll stand out in a good way with those sparkles! go with silver ballet flats or chunky black high heels, put ur hair either halp up and curl the strands, or straightin it and put a cute black barret in it.
