Depending on the model of your phone (Company, Designer Name) you can either
A) Use the memory card given to you by the company and download the themes and pictures onto that, be sure that your phone supports it, (.stm, .jpeg, etc)
B) You can still download them onto your computer and Email/MMS to your phone. Depending on your plan, charages may apply.
C) You can always download them straight to your phone from the phones internet source.

The way I do it... I go onto the Sprint Website. I save the picture to my computer, then upload pictures from my computer, then send it to my phone and download it to my phone and set as wallpaper.

Does it have get admission to to the internet? you are able to likely e-mail your self the p.c.. on your telephone. that is how i have done it in the previous with a telephone that had no digital camera or bluetooth.

try emailin it to ur phone i do it all the time or if ur phone has bluetooth you can buy a USB bluetooth dongle and transfer them that way
